      Pros

      Good Benefits, Good Salaries, annual raises/bonuses. It's actually an excellent place to work if you are in any division but GMI (Global Marketing Innovation).

      Cons

      - The GMI (Global Marketing Innovation) division is led by a CMO who is a massive egotist with extremely abrasive mannerisms towards staff (and has an alleged history of being so). The cliquish manner of departmental leadership leads the division to be rife with both wrongful terminations and retaliations by management. - Because of leadership, the atmosphere in GMI is extremely cut-throat and everyone from the CMO on down will not hesitate to sabotage you, as well as twist and turn things as much as possible to pass blame on to staff in order to protect leadership positions.
