Pros
Most of the scoring leaders are good people For me it's a second job and helpful in that respect
Cons
A couple of the scoring leaders should have been fired for rudeness and arrogance years ago. The management team are completely bamboozled by the recent transitions; even scoring leaders are commenting on the poor outcomes. These managers simply have screwed it up. Often assignments are done unfairly--there is no reward for years of service. There has not been a raise in several years, yet we are professionals with years of experience teaching and with graduate degrees. And for a company that works completely on line, checks are MAILED out which is absurd. Forget the e-rater: it is wrong more often than right, and it takes jobs from people.
