      Pros

      The company offers fluid working hours and allows its employees to work out their schedule with clients directly. Great staff and, overall, great environment to work in. Travelling opportunities are available.

      Cons

      Salaries are not inflation-adjusted. Also, customers do not have to pay up front, meaning they can wait until the end of the course to submit their payment. Which leaves a great deal of money insecurity for teachers.

      Pros

      Can be a congenial environment with very strong benefits that go far beyond health insurance. Lovely grounds. Fairly diverse employee population.

      Cons

      Some are treated unfairly -- depends on department. Lack of innovation, the impact of having a monopoly on the testing market for so long.
