Pros

My team is wonderful and my managers are incredible. Good work-life balance and my need for that is respected. Flexible schedule and opportunities to work from home.

Cons

Little to no communication between groups- I work in Assessment Development and people in other areas have NO idea what we do, despite being the lifeblood of the company (we make the tests that make the money) Also difficult to navigate and find information within groups- much of the processes are idiosyncratic and it's hard to tell what information is out there

Interesting work. Calm atmosphere. Helpful colleagues. Good Training. Work/life balance. Bonuses.

Cons

Managers often have NO managerial skills and have been promoted to the position for reasons unrelated to skill. Only 4 pay grades-can be at the same pay grade for 13 years or more. Little room for advancement or cross-training.
