Pros

ETS is an industry leader. The staff members are great to work with and are very skilled and knowledgeable. The campus is nice and the cafeterias are good.

Cons

Management can be less than transparent and can at times be inflexible. It is difficult for staff to advance beyond a certain level. Salary increases, if any, are minimal.

Great work from home job to supplement my income. I love the flexible hours. The pay was pretty decent.

Cons

Some of your shifts may be cancelled do to the low test volume. Project ended earlier than expected. I list these as cons, but it was stated that it could happen. So I wasn't surprised.
