      It provides a very flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      In more than 15 years, we have not received a pay raise. The pay is per hour and it has not improved in 15 years.

      Work from home in pajamas.

      Cons

      Pay is poor considering the qualifications required and the robot-like production expected of scorers. I've worked for ETS for 9 years, and have accumulated a whole 60 cents in raises. I guess they need the money to pay the million-plus salary to the CEO. It's supposed to be a non-profit organization. The company is "secretive" about job performance and gives you no indication of how well you're doing.
