      Pros

      Of the other ETS exams, this is my favorite to rate. They have an easy to use system in place. The scoring leaders are very kind and supportive. It's a year-round position that I believe pays the most of the other exams. The pay isn't a lot, but it covers gas expenses.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like factory work--clocking in and out. The pay is low for the credentials they require. No benefits

      Pros

      If you can get along with the crowd, you will have a job for life. ETS rarely holds people accountable for not reaching goals.

      Cons

      Extremely risk averse and bureaucratic, even by non-profit organization standards. They are happy to play for a tie (or not a bad loss) rather than a win.

      Pros

      Rewarding work and you will stand out if you deliver and are properly motivated.

      Cons

      Most employees have worked at ETS for their entire lives and this makes changing culture here difficult. Company doesn't have a "real" business feel to many of their processes, especially HR.
