      You set your own work schedule.

      Cons

      You must be approved for the availability that you submit. Sometimes you don't get approved for any and have no hours to work for long periods of time.

      Flexible, good co-workers, enjoyable environment

      Cons

      Upper management needs some improving. This company is losing valuable employees because of this. Advancement process is the biggest drawback. It is not an equal opportunity company. You moved up faster with certain teams.

      Pros

      Perfect part-time, at home working opportunity. Very flexible. Good pay for a part-time job. You can work as much or as little as you want depending on available shifts. Scoring leaders are responsive. You have little to no oversight unless needed. For a part-time job, it is as good as it gets. No disruption of my full-time work or duties as a Mom.

      Cons

      Available shifts can be unpredictable. You cannot predict how much you will work from month to month. This job an income supplement, do not expect to make a living working as a part-time rater.
