You'll never have a chance to actually do this easy job. Over the course of 3 months I was awarded a total of 16 hours, 12 of which were in a single month. I submitted approximately 200. While the hours are not guaranteed, the expectation is that they're hiring you because they actually need you. They obviously don't need raters but go through hiring spurts anyway. When I complained about the lack of shifts I was being given, I was told they were trying to be fair to all raters. So being "fair" to all raters meant I had 12 hours for the entire month of October, 0 hours for the month of November, and 4 hours for the month of December. They also make you go through mind-numbing training, and once you pass it you assume that will suffice for a while. But then they sneak in more mind-numbing training. You will train more than you will actually work.
