Good pay, excellent benefits, some really great people.

Cons

Management in K-12 is a joke; no accountability; people put in management positions for which they are not qualified; poor directorship is tolerated; quality of work had decreased due to lack of hiring and the practice of keeping people that cannot do the job. They laid off people so now the expectation is 60 plus hours a week; 7 days a week; only compensation is a free lunch. Poor decisions being made by people that do not do the work.
