Located in a nice town.

Cons

A very toxic work environment. Allegedly non-profit. Expect to be expendable, treated like a cog in the machine, in a work environment with lots of backstabbing, petty rivalry, and manipulation. Lots of frustrated failed academics who will take their bitterness out on you. Terrible management. Lack of mentorship or training. Definitely pass on ETS.
