It used to be a wonderful place to work with amazing people who had a shared mission.

Cons

Leadership without strategy has led to reckless decision-making driven solely by the pursuit of massive bonuses. In their quest for profits, they’ve allowed hundreds of employees to leave, shifted work overseas, and now, they’ve reached a new low—contesting unemployment benefits for staff who took the 'strongly encouraged' severance package. Months after their departure, these former employees, already receiving payments, are now being targeted. This is beyond unacceptable.

ETS provides all the information necessary to ensure a thorough and accurate review of employee claims for unemployment benefits. The ultimate decision regarding entitlement to benefits is not made by ETS; rather, it is determined by the state’s unemployment agency. Likewise, the state unemployment agency's decision to obligate a former employee to repay unemployment benefits, following the approval and disbursement of such benefits, is made by the state agency, not ETS. ETS remains committed to providing complete information related to the circumstances surrounding the employee's separation, including separation pursuant to the VSP.
