- Choose your timing of your shifts according to your comfort - No pressure - Good communication with higher ups

Cons

- Pay is not well enough even when you have to fulfill emergency shifts - Website will sometimes crash when you are working and you may not get paid for the hours worked during that time. - Inconsistent reviews on the performance, messing up the performance metrics

-benefits get worse every year( summer friday used to be may to september but the company keeps decreasing it and now it’s only in the month of august) -low paying compensation, ets pays their employees the minimum grade point they have midpoint and maximum point pay but you will never get there because they are cheap
