former reputation as an industry leader and social mission.

Cons

ETS was on a pioneer and a respected leader in the industry. They are now fighting to hang on and will likely be out of business in the next decade. The current senior leadership is completely dysfunctional, the company lacks any strategic direction and has no new products in the pipeline. The work environment is toxic and the hours are inhumane. This company used to care about it's employees, but now there is no quality of life or loyalty. The new COO will likely be the final nail in the coffin. I left the company last year because I needed to be able to look in the mirror. It's the best decision I ever made.

There really aren't any that I can think of. Company is taking a real nosedive. Abandon ship now.

Cons

Pay cuts, micromanagement from upper management. You're basically signing up for a whipping post. They wish you were a computer because they resent paying you anything.

Few hours, disinvited from shifts last minute, poor communication, zero connections to other employees, and, worst of all, they recently cut pay by $5/hour. The way they did it was especially cold. They sent out an email with a link to a one question survey, to which you were offered one of two options: either "I accept the [25%] pay reduction" or "I resign my position." No discussion, no consultation with a supervisor, no consideration of your performance. This is emblematic of my broader experience working for ETS.
