      Constant changes don't make for a stable work environment

      Pros

      The pay is pretty good if you're lucky to only do a 40-hour work week but that rarely happens. The people you work with are what makes this company a good place. They're dedicated and fun to work with, even during high pressure times. Direct managers have been very good, at least in my case, and look for growth and new project opportunities.

      Cons

      Ever changing upper management company direction, leaving employees floundering. Generally working with skeleton crew, necessitating longer working hours. Constant rounds of layoffs, even to those employees who were valued and receiving excellent performance reviews, so no one can get comfortable. Lots of outsourcing.
