      Left after 20 years; company is crashing; do not accept a job there unless you enjoy worrying about layoffs every day

      Pros

      There are no longer any pros to working at ETS. It used to be a wonderful place to work and everyone loved it. New "leadership" has driven the company to the breaking point. I expect the company to collapse within two to five years.

      Cons

      Mismanagement; lack of direction; zero actual leadership; rudderless; crashing; will likely go bankrupt and fold. Layoffs are CONSTANT. The company is offshoring as many jobs as possible because the workforce is cheaper overseas.

      Central location in NJ, nice campus.

      Cons

      Layoff process can be improved. Work/Life balance depends on the area/team you're in, and varies greatly.
