Pros
-Good job for college students, recent grads, and stay at home moms. -Lax and very understanding about scheduling conflicts, illness, accidentally missed days, and running late to a certain extent. -Pay is reasonable and fair.
Cons
-Sometimes you get no feedback, even when you have a good day. Some Leaders are really good about the feedback, some never give feedback. -Sometimes shifts are cancelled. -You can't switch shifts with other raters. it would be nice to have an anonymous switch shift feature so you don't just have to cancel and lose hours. -Sometimes when you call to cancel a shift or explain an absence, you
