      Pros

      Staff is largely very dedicated to what they do; people take their work seriously. If you find a good fit, it can be a rewarding place to work.

      Cons

      Ineffectual senior management; in the past 3 years the only real changes ETS has made has been strategic outsourcing (i.e., layoffs and moving to vendors). Working environment is very stressful - long hours, little appreciation, and frequent rounds of layoff make for a chaotic, stressful environment.
