      $5 per hour pay cut for GRE Raters

      Pros

      It is flexible work and you can work at home

      Cons

      You don't know who your peers are and you don't really have a direct supervisor, every time you work there is a different supervisor on duty. They just cut everyone's pay, regardless of how long they have been there, by $5 per hour.

      Cons

      Crappy Training. Sit on the computer for 6-7 hours reading essays and trying to understand why they scored it the way they did and if yours matches up to that. Some scores didn't seem very consistent.
