      Flexibility of choosing when to work Working from Home Scoring Leaders provide great feedback System has improved within reason over the years

      Cons

      Low volume, a lot of raters so ofter times scheduling is only for 4 or 8 hrs a month No pay raises. Started at $15 an hour 7 years ago, still at $15 Repetitive

      You can choose your own hours from the designated shift options. Also, the working from home, no video meetings was a plus.

      Cons

      Lack of work to rate. Some sessions there is no work at all.
