Pros

Great desk setup and campus perks, working with people from all over the country, the appeal of having a cool job to the outside word, disney tickets and great health benefits.

Cons

Zero work life balance, bad pay, no growth between jobs, no flexibility of getting another job in another group, intense managers, if you're in a good group that values work life balance and career growth you're set but if you're not its miserable.
