Pros

ESPN as an employer is fine. No major complaints or praise. But pay is very low for the industry and the location. Bristol is a dead and ugly little town and just not a great place to live. But it's even hard to afford living here with how low ESPN pays. It's as if they're paying you in clout so you can say you work here. ESPN is a pretty good place to work for a couple years, put it on your resume, and get the heck out. Quality of life around here is low.

Cons

Pay is lousy for the location.
