Pros

You're working in sports, it's a dream for a lot of people. You get to meet a lot of cool people (not just athletes)

Cons

The constant waves of layoffs are demoralizing, management is happy to make you feel like you should be grateful you're still employed. Work life balance is stated to be a priority but often times is overlooked.
