Pros

Flexible, you can take your laptop and work from anywhere.

Cons

Super rude customers, management is on you 24/7. Management makes changes almost everyday so nothing is ever consistent. You have to escalate everything to higher management so customers are upset and cursing at you when you can’t even help them most of the time lol very unorganized business but super strict on their agents. Also very low pay, you can’t do anything with the money they pay lol their benefits suck to, they were all very expensive, the medical started at $80

Pros

The web dev team for ESPN is super good at what they do and there’s a great sense of teamwork here. You also get benefits like discounts and free parking at the Disney parks and shops.

Cons

The RTO policy is 4 days in office, 1 day WFH and no one was a huge fan of that. Pay is also on the lower end.
