ESPN's parent company is under Disney so the benefits are very good.

Cons

Management is lacking in management skills Favortism is shown when promotions are given Huge sense of entitlement amongst employees HR leaves a LOT to be desired; you feel like you have advocates at all

Good opportunities for career growth. Great chance of exposure with the latest and most up to date material and equipment. Friendly, divers and helpful co-worker.

Cons

ESPN location is not the best place to live. It has almost a 6 month winter and there is not much to do besides work.
