Pros

You learn so much through your work and they switch you on projects/accounts so that you are never bored. I am able to work from home as needed and never are expected to work on the weekends.

Cons

A lot of people need to be fired and replaced with people who are younger, brighter, and able to come up with better ways to improve current processes.

Lots of opportunities to learn about various aspects of live TV. Exciting work environments.

Cons

Awful pay. Too many power hungry managers.
