opportunity to learn and experience hands on live television sports environment

Cons

too much politics, no work life balance and low pay are the norm there. folks that got there im the late 80's and early 90's have all the key positions and plan on keeping them until retirement

Cons

Department. If you don't have a good leader the odds are against you doing well. Being a large company, hard to advance in the career you wish.
