Great place to learn the inner workings of live sports but hard too grow and don't stay too long or drink the kool-aid

opportunity to learn and experience hands on live television sports environment

Cons

too much politics, no work life balance and low pay are the norm there. folks that got there im the late 80's and early 90's have all the key positions and plan on keeping them until retirement
