Benefits are great and some great people working at the Bristol location.

Cons

Management and supervision of the department. Lack of corporate security experience. Retired law enforcement home. Little chance for advancement.

Pros

Very good hands on experience, great atmosphere, compepition, chances to advance in career. Great cutlture and great values.

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to catch your supervisor in the office. Although they told you they were always willing to talk with you, it was hard to get them when you needed them.
