Not Great

Pros

Bragging rights for working at the company and resume, working on sports topics all day

Cons

The most political place I've ever worked, very big into favortism, extremely low pay, overall the focus is on the content not employees, we didn't even have a company holiday party. Does not live up to the hype.

Senior managers got in their positions by appointy or by time in the company, not by skill or merit.
