Pros

Great exposure if you ask for it. The people there continue to seek ways to help out each other and will bring you along if you are eager to learn and work hard. Lots to learn at a company of that size. The number of experiences that come along with the company is awesome (depending on department) but you can be exposed to so much and explore other positions and departments within the company. Not to mention the Disney benefits are great as well. I had some amazing mentors and bosses while I was there who did their best to try and open doors for my growth as a professional and without them, I would not have been able to move on in my career.

Cons

The time it takes to move up in the company is slower than molasses. They continue to say they are forward thinking and fast moving but the same people are in the same job and same department after 25 years.
