Pros

Coolest office you'll ever see Lots of opportunities to network within the company Great training for certain departments Managers that are very personable Great perks from Disney

Cons

Location is awful, far from civilian life Department heads can be incredibly demanding with unrealistic expectations Incredibly odd rule of giving days off three months in months Rotational program leads to never knowing where you'll be to know when you'll need off Lack of transparency with realistic goals for the company moving forward in times of cord cutting If you don't own a car, good luck getting to work Incredibly difficult to get promoted once you're a Content Associate Lack of diversity
