Pros

Great work environment, beautiful campus, great perks for employees

Cons

Career growth opportunities are very hard to come by. Software engineering has not been mature enough to execute well. Cowboy-ish culture is prevalent across various engineering teams, specially in the leadership positions.

Pros

Committee decisions are the norm. Mickey Mouse benefits are ok, fringe benefits are excellent. Some good people still are there.

Cons

Committee decisions erode the best solutions to Value Engineering. Mickey Mouse has hacked at the staff across ESPN, ABC, and studios they purchased. Once was a great place to work now muddled by poor morale.
