Pros

gym on site flexible work hours and location

Cons

Competitive in an unhealthy way. Corporate lay offs cause team members to try to one up each other to show their worth. Leaders promoted because of politics not because of ability to lead or contribute in their role. Executives promote values that are not upheld by all levels of leadership.
