Pros

Great benefits and large salaries, since you have to live in Connecticut. You learn A TON. No better school for production and media than ESPN.

Cons

Growth is notoriously slow in general, but impossible if you work for International. If you're a diverse or bilingual candidate, they will try and persuade you to go work on the International Production side, which is a black hole where careers go to die. Company has great programs for "Diversity and Inclusion" but when it comes to hiring, promoting, recruiting, etc. we always seem to fall short. It's a well known secret that in order to advance, you have to leave the company and come back at some point.
