Pros

Large company with employee discounts

Cons

Can be toxic work environment. No room for growth and if you max at your pay level, you will get no raises. They will give you a bulk amount (which is typically 2%). No leadership

Pros

Being a part of ESPN opens so many doors to working with A list talent and having the resources to bring your vision to life. I cherish my time there and the opportunities and experiences it has given me. The Disney benefits are great too!

Cons

Work/Life balance needs to be improved and was a major factor in vacating the position.
