Pros
Owned by Disney and they other entities, the opportunity to growth across not just one company but the entire Disney family is infinite. D&I from both a strategic and employee experience has grown two fold and it a high priority of the business across the entire Disney portfolio.
Cons
Cutting through red tap can be challenging depending on which of the Disney companies you work for. Many of the business have different cultures (example: Disney and ESPN)
