Pros

Absolutely none. There is nothing good about this excuse for a company.

Cons

They pay FAR below the industry standard. There is a reason why everyone calls it the Every Single Penny Network (ESPN). Their production standards are the laughing stock of the industry! Their workforce has been criminally understaffed and underpaid for decades. Avoid Bristol and its bloated clueless middle management like the plague!

Pros

ESPN has a great company culture. They really care about their people and give great benefits to their employees and their families.

Cons

Because tv is 24/7, depending on your job, you will work very late shifts. ESPN also expects you to sometimes work 6th days (you get paid well), but all of this can cut into your personal life.
