      Decent pay for student positions, great (former) location in the city of Cologne, good cooperation between the smaller teams

      Excellent pay, as always in the financial services industry.

      Cons

      Poor management Administrate, administrate, administrate ... just don't actually DO anything Sales people sometimes willfully rip off customers. If they are caught, there are no consequences.

      office culture between colleagues is relaxed, cooperation with ERGO Austria, doing different types of work because of the smallness of the company

      Cons

      bad career possibilities, work overload, working overtime and not being paid for it or compensate the hours, high fluctuation of personnel
