      Perfect team, good salary, possibility to make career, any work or business initiative was always welcomed

      Cons

      Apart from good salary there were no other bonuses or advantages from the employee perspective - like discounts on company products, free gym etc.

      The offices are in the city centre so good transport links for commuting, The staff are really nice people, always helpful

      Cons

      They will get rid of staff anytime they want - making them redundant and then spend money on contractors. Too many controls put in place by Germany
