      Promotions are difficult, evolution most of the time is horizontal and rarely vertical, It's hard to promote innovation and new ideas, despite the company trying to create an innovation culture, The development teams are small and this leads to many external contracts

      Good company with bad management

      Very few but compared to IT MNC not so much.

      Cons

      Lot of cons like management is simply nog good feels like position are just chosen based on friendship like bollywood nepo kids.
