      - good remuneration - fancy office in Warsaw

      Cons

      - not much one can decide on in terms of what should be done (in the product area) or even how the work should be conducted - very rigid in terms of bureaucracy admin processes - very unclear structure and scopes of responsibility, extremely dispersed knowledge
