      the company culture is great, good salary, very good incentive programmes, lots of training and career opportunities, inspiring managers in the sales teams

      Cons

      product development was poor! sometimes there was a lot of work to do in weekends and on evenings (can result in a bad work life balance)

      The offices are in the city centre so good transport links for commuting, The staff are really nice people, always helpful

      Cons

      They will get rid of staff anytime they want - making them redundant and then spend money on contractors. Too many controls put in place by Germany
