Pros

Travel, great colleagues, affinity groups

Cons

Pay is extremely low. Some people don’t hit goal and keep their job and some people are goal hitters that lose their job. Metrics are not evenly applied, and management ultimately makes major decisions on a whim.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re glad to hear you valued the travel opportunities, your colleagues, and our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) resource groups here at EF! We review our compensation packages regularly to ensure they are benchmarked with industry standards, and feedback like yours is helpful as we continue those evaluations. Regarding your comments about metrics and leadership, we encourage you to reach out to your manager, your Recruitment and Employee Development (RED) team, or hr@ef.com to discuss further. Thank you again.
