Ef ks abusive towards the teachers

Pros

None after working for four months.

Cons

Constantly abusing and no support. When their platform glitches there is now sy to contact them. If you deliver a after class report late although the student has asked for you not to do after class reports and you have told them they abuse you and then terminate the contract.

Pros

working at ef has taught a lot, for example how I don't want to be if I'm a manager one day.

Cons

Management, it's all chaos and cliques, my colleagues were great but I'm happy to be out.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear of your negative experience working here. Your feedback on management, organization, and cliques is concerning. We understand how important the role of the manager is, and we aim to train our managers, especially new managers, in everything they need to run their teams successfully. This is the reason why we have our global manager training program called the Very Colorful Book. We're sorry your experience didn't reflect this, and we encourage you to reach out to hr@ef.com so we can learn more about your specific experience and ensure your concerns are properly addressed.
