Pros

It was a great place to work at first. Lots of hours despite low pay. A chance to mingle with people from different cultures and backgrounds via the internet.

Cons

Low pay, lack of hours to all but a few "teacher's pets". Don't get on the blacklist cause they'll find a way to either force you to quit or just flat out fire you. No sense offering solutions because management isn't going to listen.

Pros

Very international, young, forward-looking and innovative. If you are an EF kind of person you will go far in this company, lots of opportunities to move within the company and grow your career. Great opportunities to move locations as there are offices all over the world. People at EF are generally very friendly, outgoing, down to earth.

Cons

Lack of transparency in certain situations, no clear hierarchy which makes it difficult to understand how you can climb the ladder.

Pros

Fun company, younger staff, beautiful office, good/affordable health benefits & opportunity to travel. While I was there we had every other Friday off - huge plus. A great first job for someone right out of college & a great place to make new friends!

Cons

High expectations for little pay. Felt like just a number - not a lot of opportunity for growth. Salary wasn't high enough to make living in the Boston area attainable.
