Pros

- energetic, passionate, smart, positive people who care deeply about their jobs - a culture of giving and receiving feedback to aid in professional development - travel opportunities - lots of responsibility early in your career - great office environment: no cubicles, lots of natural light, glass offices - we aren't perfect, but we are always improving and evolving. Every year, we are a better company than we were the last

Cons

- the culture is strong (which is awesome) but I think talented people who don't "fit in" feel that culture is more important than talent. The truth is they are equally important. - starting salaries aren't very high but as you progress in your career, you have the potential to make good money. Just be patient and do good work. Good work definitely gets rewarded.

Pros

As another recent review pointed out, there is a very entrepreneurial spirit at Englishtown. It's exciting to get behind a great language learning tool with a young and creative team. There is also plenty of scope to really grow and develop the role you're in and make what you want of it. The management seems very open to new ideas and solutions.

Cons

Because the team is comparatively small and new there are still some growing pains in terms of processes, communication and infrastructure, which can be a frustration.
