Pros

Excellent recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, and training. Students are a lot of fun to work with. There are plenty of friendly colleagues and lots of Westerners across the city. Salary is quite good for FOB teachers, and if you're interested there are plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Very corporate (for-profit private school, kind of strange to my American sensibilities). There's a fair amount of corporate B.S. as a result. Health benefits are mediocre, retirement benefits non-existent. They're not counting on you staying on indefinitely, and in fact turnover is very high in my experience.
