Pros

Great work/life balance, generous pay and awesome benefits. Fun people and very social atmosphere overall. Lots of opportunity to pursue entrepreneurial projects.

Cons

I'm kind of reaching here but it can be annoying trying to handle all the annoying administrative tasks that come with work (e.g., expenses, settling IT issues, booking work-related travel, etc.) There's no easy go-to book or training on those things so you just sort of have to figure it out yourself.

Pros

- Take home salary is good. - Friendly and supportive team members. - Approachable managers.

Cons

- Hike is less, unless you are getting a promotion. - You need to speak up and advertise yourself for your hard work to be recognized. - At times, the work load is too much and you end up working late nights and weekends(but you would be pain for working on weekends). - No onsite opportunity.
