Pros

The pay is good. Being a non-hierarchical based company you will get a chance to interact with the top level management as well.

Cons

You never know when you are going to be fired. The employees are always on their toes especially the people who have not completed much time in the company.

Pros

Travel--bottom line is the best perk of the job. Amazing benefits, fun getaways and in-office competition that drive success with awards too! A company that is pioneering the customer experience and evolving educational travel to be the international leader.

Cons

Finding the right fit for the job can be difficult and it makes the company appear to have high turnover. This has improved in the last two years. If you work hard, you'll do well but you have to work hard and that means putting in a lot of extra time. Not a 40 hr a week gig.
