The worst leaders and higher ups a company could ever have.

Pros

The staff, for the most part was friendly And had a team spirit. (Not the school director who is extremely unprofessional and fake) Good International atmosphere.

Cons

The wrong people managing the business, so you have no inspiration to keep working here. The turn over rate is extremely high. The pay is below the market. No procedures, or trainings to advance in your path.

You work with lots of recent college graduates, the atmosphere is very friendly. Clients/Teachers love to talk to you.

Cons

The pay is really low, if it was higher it'd be doable.
